Beyonce's 'Formation' Video Sends White People Into Panic

In a hilarious sketch following host Melissa McCarthy's monologue, Saturday Night Live poked fun at “The Day Beyonce Turned Black” after the release of her controversial music video for the song “Formation.”
“For white people, it was just another great week,” a voiceover announces as people going through their daily routines. “They never saw it coming. They had no warning. Then, the day before the Super Bowl, it happened.”

Upon watching Beyonce’s “Formation” video, which features the diva standing on a police car and a young hooded black boy dancing in front SWAT officers, the white people in the SNL sketch begin to freak out over not understanding the meaning of the song.
The clip then cuts to an apocalyptic big-city setting of people panicking over the video and leaving American in droves. One individual makes the discovery that other popular celebrities are black, including actress Kerry Washington. “But... she’s on ABC!”
In the end, the masses still had one star to give them hope. "Mom, is Taylor Swift still white?"
