[Exclusive] First Look At Rick Ross’ Insane New Mansion

“It’s better to live one day as a lion than a hundred years as a lamb.” - John Gotti

When it comes to living like a boss, very few rappers do it quite like Rick Ross. The Miami heavyweight has always been larger than life — from his music to his persona — but his latest real estate flex takes things to another level entirely. Recently, Ross made headlines for purchasing one of the most outrageous mansions in rap history, adding to his already legendary real estate portfolio. But this isn’t just another celebrity crib — this is a 109-room mega-mansion sitting on hundreds of acres, complete with a bowling alley, horse stable, and its own private lake. And now, Hip Hop Empire Magazine takes you inside for an exclusive look.

Formerly owned by boxing icon Evander Holyfield, this Fayetteville, Georgia estate became the ultimate hip hop castle under Ross’ ownership. Nicknamed “The Promise Land,” this mansion isn’t just about luxury — it’s about legacy. Ross has hosted music video shoots, car shows, and even star-studded pool parties on the property.

With gold-trimmed ceilings, marble floors, and a garage packed with classic cars, every inch of the mansion screams wealth, ambition, and boss mentality. But beyond the glitz, Ross uses the home as a symbol — proof that a kid from Carol City can rise from the streets to sit on a throne built by hustle. In a culture that celebrates the come-up, Rick Ross’ mansion isn’t just a house — it’s a monument to the dream.

In addition to its jaw-dropping luxury, Rick Ross’ new mansion has already earned some Hollywood fame of its own. The sprawling estate, located in Fayetteville, Georgia, served as one of the primary filming locations for Coming 2 America 2, the highly anticipated sequel to the 1988 comedy classic.

Producers of the film were drawn to Ross’ 109-room mega-mansion for its regal appearance and opulent grounds, perfect for portraying the fictional African nation of Zamunda.

In fact, several of the film’s palace scenes were shot right inside Ross’ home, with the rapper even negotiating for some custom upgrades to remain in the property after filming wrapped.

Ross later revealed that allowing Coming 2 America 2 to film at his estate was a lucrative decision, earning him a reported $2.75 million — just from location fees alone. The collaboration not only cemented the home’s place in pop culture history but also highlighted Ross’ growing business empire beyond music.
