How To Eat Healthy
Eating healthy is very important if you are trying to survive and live longer. The African American/ Hispanic/ Multi-diversed races are considered to have the highest diabetes/ high blood-pressure rates reported by statistical resources. You can believe if you want to, but your family mental background along with eating habits is no lie. The best I found to eat healthy is by cooking with a minimum amount of sugar and salt, which you might of heard from your family doctor many of times. We are dropping this knowledge to help educate you on how to eat to save your life. Some many things can effect our body like a high intake of sugar, sodium, hormones, addictives, perservatives and much more. This not just for the elderly, middle-aged and young adults; but it's also for the children as well. To be healthy mentally and spiritually, it starts first with our stomachs.
